A toolshop in Dongguan that answers in writing

精诚模具(东莞)有限公司 · Jingcheng Mold (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. — mold making and precision machining for programs that need a schedule they can hold us to.

Jingcheng Mold is a toolmaking and precision machining supplier based in the Songshan Lake industrial area of Dongguan, Guangdong. We build injection molds, prototype and bridge tooling, and machine production parts from steel, stainless and aluminium. Our customers are manufacturers and product companies who have been let down by a tool arriving late or by a quality claim nobody could check afterwards.

So we run the business on two commitments that are easy to state and hard to fake: every stage of the job is visible while it runs, and every quality claim is backed by a record you can read. That is what the tagline means — molds on schedule, parts proven on record.

How we work

Four things happen on every order, whether it is a 40-day mold or a 200-piece machining lot. They are the reason a customer can tell where their job stands without sending an email to ask.

  1. One engineer owns the job. From the DFM review to the shipping documents, the same person is answerable. Hand-overs between departments are where schedules quietly die.
  2. The route is agreed in writing before metal is cut. Tool steel, gate type, cavity count, tolerance class, inspection method and acceptance standard are fixed on paper, not in a phone call.
  3. Stages are reported, not summarised. You get the milestone dates at quotation: design freeze, steel in, roughing, finishing, trial, inspection, ship. A slip shows up against a stage, not against a single final date.
  4. A record set travels with the goods. CMM results, material certificates and trial reports are filed against the job number and handed over with shipment.

The same four points appear on our mold making and CNC machining pages, because they do not change with the process.

The plant

Machining, assembly, spotting and inspection sit in one building, which is what makes a stage-by-stage schedule possible. A tool does not wait in traffic between the mill and the fitter.

Capacity that matters to a buyer
AreaWhat it coversPractical limit
Mold build2-plate, 3-plate, hot runner, prototype and bridge toolsUp to 1,200 mm mold base
CNC milling3, 4 and 5-axis, steel and aluminium1,000 × 600 × 500 mm

On capacity numbers. Machine counts and monthly output change as equipment is added. We quote against the job in front of us rather than publishing a headline capacity figure, and we will state the current figure in writing if your purchasing process needs one.

What we do not claim

Being clear about the boundary saves both sides a wasted enquiry.

  • We are a toolmaking and machining supplier. We do not mold production parts ourselves beyond trial and sample runs.
  • We are not a certified medical device manufacturer. Medical work is supplied to a drawing and inspection plan, not as a finished registered device.
  • We do not publish customer names or part photos without written permission, which is why the case studies are anonymised.
  • We do not promise a tolerance a process cannot hold. If a drawing asks for something outside the capability table, we say so before quoting.
  • We do not accept a job without a drawing or a 3D model. Verbal descriptions cost both sides a revision.
Are you a trading company or the workshop?

We are the workshop. Quotation, DFM review, toolmaking, machining and inspection are done in our own facility in Songshan Lake, Dongguan. Heat treatment and surface finishing are the only steps we send out, and those suppliers are named on request.

What certifications do you hold?

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001, and records are kept for at least three years so a past lot can still be traced. Where a program needs IATF 16949 or a material certificate to a specific standard, we state in writing with the quotation what we can supply and what we cannot.

Who will I actually be talking to?

A project engineer, not a sales inbox. Enquiries are answered by the engineer who would run the job, in English or Chinese.

Can we visit before placing an order?

Yes, with a day's notice so the machines are running the kind of work you want to see. If travel is not practical, we record a walk-through video of your actual job at each milestone.
