Molds and parts built to a process you can audit.

We machine molds and parts to ±0.005 mm, quote lead times in working days, and ship a CMM inspection report with every project. DFM review happens before the first steel cut — not after the first bad sample.

Three lines of work

What we build, and how far we can hold it

Each line below states its working envelope up front. If your part sits outside it, we say so at quotation instead of at delivery.

Tooling

Mold Making

Two-plate, three-plate and hot-runner molds from 1 to 64 cavities, in P20, 718H, S136 and H13. Gating, cooling and ejection are reviewed in DFM before steel is ordered.

Machining

CNC Machining

3-axis and 5-axis milling, turning, wire EDM and surface grinding for parts up to 1,200 mm. Critical features held to ±0.005 mm and verified on a CMM.

Prototype Tooling

Aluminium bridge tooling for 50–500 shots, so a design can be proven in real resin before the budget for hardened steel is committed.

Transparent process

Eight stages. You know which one your mold is in.

Every project runs through the same eight stages, and you get a dated status against each one — not a single "in production" reply for six weeks.

  1. DFM & design review2–3 working days
  2. Steel & standard parts3–5 working days
  3. Rough machining5–8 working days
  4. Precision machining & EDM7–12 working days
  5. Bench work & assembly4–6 working days
  6. Trial shot (T1)1–2 working days
  7. CMM inspection & report1–2 working days
  8. Packing & shipment1–2 working days

Day ranges above describe a typical 8–16 cavity mold. Your schedule is confirmed in writing once the DFM report is approved, and any change to it is notified before it happens.

Quality you can check

Inspection is a document, not a promise

Five records travel with every project. Ask for any of them, on any order, and they are already filed.

  • CMM dimensional reportMeasured, nominal and deviation for each critical dimension.
  • First article inspectionFull ballooned drawing check before volume runs.
  • Trial shot recordCavity balance and process parameters logged at T1.
  • Mold history fileSteel certificates, hardness results and every dated repair.

Industries

Where our parts end up

Four sectors we build for regularly. Each one has its own tolerance, documentation and material expectations.

AutomotiveBrackets, housings and connectors; PPAP-style documentation and cavity traceability.
Medical devicesHousings and fluid-path parts; clean handling, full lot traceability and dimensional reports.
Consumer electronicsCosmetic surfaces, texture and high-gloss finishes; fast prototype-to-production cycles.
Industrial equipmentLow-volume, high-mix machined parts; repeat orders held to the original inspection record.

Questions buyers ask

Straight answers before you send drawings

How long does it take to build an injection mold?
A typical 8 to 16 cavity mold takes 25–45 working days from approved DFM to T1 samples. Cavity count, steel choice, surface finish and late design changes move that number. We confirm the schedule in writing after DFM sign-off and report against it at each of the eight process stages.
What tolerance can your CNC machining hold?
±0.005 mm on critical features and ±0.01 mm on general features, measured on a CMM at 20 °C. Part size, material and fixturing decide what is realistic, so we state the tolerance we will guarantee on your drawing before cutting metal rather than after.
How do I know the parts were measured correctly?
Every shipment carries a CMM dimensional report listing measured value, nominal value and deviation for each critical dimension, plus a first article inspection report against your drawing. Trial shot records and steel certificates are filed in the mold history file and available on request.
What do you need from me to quote?
Five items: a 3D model (STEP or IGES), a 2D drawing with tolerances, the material, the annual or order volume, and your target delivery date. With those we reply within 8 working hours on weekdays, with price, lead time and any DFM risks already visible.
Will you sign an NDA before I share drawings?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before receiving customer drawings, we do not publish client names or part photos without written permission, and files stay on an access-controlled server instead of shared drives.
